Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapy that focuses on understanding how behavior works and how learning happens. There’s no “perfect” age to start ABA — every child is different. However, research shows that early intervention can make a big difference, and many children begin ABA therapy around ages 2 to 5.
